"I stopped by to pick up a few parts for my new bike. Before arriving I called up to the store to MAKE SURE yall had the parts before I made an hour round trip. Upon arriving I realized that the employee on the phone had not been properly trained in checking the inventory. I unfortunately was unable to leave with the part I expected to leave with. VERY FRUSTRATING. During the same stop I was nearly coerced into buying what I knew was the wrong oil for my bike. The know it all young man was clearly unaware I have the manual to my bike on my phone and if I was the average storegoer I would have put the wrong oil in my motorcycle. I am a business owner and I would hope someone would bring this to my attention if this were going on in my company."
